As reactive coverstocks lose efficiency, bowling balls begin to read the lane later, respond slower to friction, and lose continuation through the pins. Back II Life is designed to reverse that loss by enhancing how the coverstock responds once oil is displaced.
When used as part of the complete system with That Wow Factor HM, Back II Life delivers a proprietary friction-enhancing additive into the coverstock. This results in stronger midlane traction, faster downlane response, increased total hook, and improved continuation, without resurfacing, soaking, or heat.
Most bowlers experience a clear increase in friction response, particularly downlane. In real terms, this typically translates to approximately 3-5 board more total hook, with the biggest gains coming from improved shape, sharper transitions, and better consistency through the pins rather than raw hook alone.
Performance gains last approximately 15–20 games, based on testing, and can be maintained or extended with continued use and proper surface maintenance.
Back II Life is USBC approved for use before and after certified competition and is intended for reactive bowling balls only.
Instructions for use
- Prepare the surface. Use your desired TruCuT Surface Maintenance Product to get your ball back to its desired finish. If no surface prep is needed, skip to Step 2.
- Clean the entire surface using Incredible Clean and a TruCut Scuff Mark Remover.
- Spray 1/2 of the ball with That Wow Factor HM.
- Flip the ball over and spray the other half of the ball with That Wow Factor HM.
- Allow the HM to sit for two minutes, wipe off any residual with a DuraBlenX Towel.
- Spray Back II Life on half of the ball, making two passes up and down across the entire surface.
- Flip the ball over and repeat the process with Back II Life, making two passes up and down.
- Allow the Back II Life to sit for two minutes, wipe off any residual with a DuraBlenX Towel.
- Go Bowl, no wait time needed.
