To request a cancellation, an email must be sent to help@ctdbowling.com within one hour of placing your order.

Please note:

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

• If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.

Creating the Difference reserves the right to approve or deny any order cancellation at its sole discretion.
