Warranty Information.
Duration of Warranty:
Every Creating the Difference Backpack is guaranteed with a 120-day limited warranty that starts from the date of consumer purchase.
Applicability
This warranty applies when this product has been properly cared for and not exposed to misuse or abuse. Unfortunately, it does not cover damage caused by commercial travel (airplane, train, bus etc.). We will repair or replace under the terms of this warranty, any backpack which proves defective in materials and /or workmanship, with another product of equal value.
Warranty Work:
Creating the Difference is obligated to provide all warranty services.
Procedure:
Requests for repair, Return Authorization number, or additional warranty information should be sent directly to Creating the Difference by emailing help@ctdbowling.com. Email should contain clear photos of the damaged product as well as the consumer’s order number.
Any defective product returned for repair must be shipped paid by the consumer to:

Creating the Difference shall cover the cost to ship the repaired or replacement product to the Purchaser.
Damages, Remedies:
Repair or replacement shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall Creating the Difference be liable by virtue of the warranty or otherwise for any special, indirect, secondary, incidental or consequential damage of any nature to any person or property arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use a warranted product.
